We take over the operation of your IT infrastructure (servers, network, workstations, backups) and user support, as an external IT department with a schedule, named responsibilities and reports. Your company focuses on its business, and we keep the systems running. The team is based in Cluj-Napoca; remote support covers companies across Romania.
Monitoring
Intervention
Continuity
Maintenance does not only mean intervening when something breaks. It means updates done on time, verified backups, monitoring that flags the problem before users feel it, and a contact person who knows your infrastructure. This is what we cover, month after month.
One phone number and one e-mail address for the whole team. Every request becomes a ticket with an owner and a deadline, and users get an answer from someone who already knows their computer, printer and applications.
Most problems are solved remotely, within minutes, through secure access. When physical presence is needed, for equipment, cabling or servers, we intervene on site for companies in Cluj-Napoca. For the rest of the country we provide remote support and coordinate local interventions.
Servers, network and backups are monitored continuously. A disk that starts throwing errors, storage about to fill up or a failed backup triggers an alert on our side, not a lost day on yours.
Installations, security updates, account and access rights management, configuration of network equipment and the firewall. We document everything in Netplot, so that the infrastructure is known in detail.
We configure backups based on how much data you can afford to lose, an hour or a day, and test them regularly through real restores. This way we know for certain that data can be recovered when needed.
Every month you receive a report with resolved tickets, interventions carried out, and the state of equipment and backups. We add concrete recommendations: what is worth replacing, what risks becoming a problem, which investment can wait.
Taking over an infrastructure is done methodically. Three stages, each with clear results, so that you know at any moment where we are and what comes next.
We inventory equipment, servers, applications and accounts, check the state of backups and security, and talk to the team about recurring problems. The result is a true picture of the infrastructure, with its risks. See how an IT audit works.
Based on the assessment we propose the right level of support, the schedule, what is included in the subscription and what is quoted separately, plus a takeover calendar. All in writing, before signing.
From the first day of the contract, your team has a single point of contact. We take over day-to-day operation, fix inherited problems in order of priority and report monthly on what we did and what we recommend.
A monthly maintenance subscription covers the day-to-day operation of the infrastructure. Anything beyond this scope is quoted separately and transparently.
Phone or e-mail, no complicated portals. Every request becomes a ticket with an owner, a priority and a deadline, and you receive a confirmation and, at the end, the resolution. Emergencies are reported by phone and handled with priority.
Standard support covers working days, with extended hours. For companies working in shifts or at weekends, we set additional time slots and the handling of out-of-hours emergencies in the contract.
Taking over from a previous provider or from a colleague who is leaving starts with the inventory, access and passwords, continues with documentation in Netplot and ends with a transition period in which the systems do not stop. We work with whoever administered the infrastructure until now.
Usually a few weeks: we inventory the equipment, document the configurations, take over access and set up the support procedures. Your company’s activity is not interrupted along the way.
The SLA is set by contract, depending on criticality: incidents that block your activity have maximum priority, with response and resolution times committed in writing.
Yes, the co-managed model is common: your internal colleague keeps the day-to-day tasks, while we cover complex projects, peak loads, holidays and niche skills.
On-site interventions take place in Cluj-Napoca. For companies in other locations we provide remote support, which covers the vast majority of requests, and coordinate physical interventions with local partners or by travelling, as agreed in the contract.
The monthly subscription depends on the number of users and devices and on the chosen level of support. The contract specifies what is included, the support hours, the response times and how emergencies are handled.
We start with an inventory of systems, accounts and access, document the infrastructure and set a transition period. The takeover is done without interrupting your activity, in coordination with the previous provider.
Support is available on working days, with extended hours as set in the contract. Emergencies are reported by phone and handled with priority, including outside working hours if the chosen service level provides for it.
Tell us how many users you have, what equipment and what bothers you most right now. We will come back with a tailored support proposal, with costs and hours, no commitment.
