We have been managing our clients’ networks since 2004, and out of this work our own tools were born: Netplot, for network documentation and monitoring, and DocuPRO, for document management, built because they could not be bought. Through DealFlow, our brand dedicated to sales systems, we are a Pipedrive Premier Partner.
When we sign a contract, the infrastructure becomes our responsibility, not just the open tickets. We deliver solutions we can support in the long term and say openly when a request does not make sense or when an investment can wait.
We explain to management what we do and why, in plain language, put proposals in writing with costs and stages, and report monthly. IT decisions should be made with full knowledge.
